Whats next?
Once you're happy with our flight offer and you have signed the contract, you will recieve a flight brief for your trip, which acts as your ticket.
Always ensure to travel with suitable ID for your flight, such as a Passport or National ID. If you have any queries about entry requirements, let us know your concerns and our Client Services team will gladly assist.

On the day of flight, your Flight Crew are contactable using the information provided on your flight brief.

Nothing is too big or small; from a bottle of bubbly onboard to a helicopter transfer to your final destination, we will do our best to ensure your trip is special.

Insurance
Our aircraft are fully insured for all our flights, including in the unlikely event there is a technical fault and we need sub-charter your trip.

In some cases where a customer may require it, we can add details or names to our policies to ensure your peace of mind while flying with us.

Payments
As per your charter agreement terms, payment is due prior to the aircraft being released for flight.

Payments can be processed by bank transfer for or by card payment over phone with a 2.5% surcharge, if you have any queries regarding payments made or due, please contact your Client Services representative for your flight.
