Alto Aerospace holds approval by the British Civil Aviation Authority to carry animals above 8kg in the cabin, meaning your pet can stay in the cabin with you throughout the flight in their very own seat.
​
We love travelling with animals, our flight crew and ground staff are more than happy to assist. With many years experience and being owners ourselves, we strive to maintain standards in animal handling and care.

UK Entry/Exit
Requirements
Domestic Travel:
If you are travelling domestically within the UK, your pet does not require any documentation to travel, and can fly to/from any UK airport freely.
​
International Departures:
​
To depart the UK to a foreign country, you can use any UK airport. Your pet must comply with the certification requirements of your arrival country.
​
International Arrivals:
​
International arrivals originating from outside of the UK with pets onboard must land at an approved UK Pet Port, the airports approved for use by Alto Aerospace are listed below, and follow the requirements listed here.

UK arrival airports for Pets travelling from abroad
British & EU Regulations
In order to enter the UK, your pet must fulfill the following requirements:
​
1) Be fitted with a microchip.
​
2) Hold a valid Pet-Passport or Health-certificate.
​
3) Be vaccinated against rabies.
​
4) Any dogs must have a tapeworm treatment.
​

Requirements to enter EU countries may vary between states. Seek information on the relevant states GOV website to check the latest info. The UK is no longer taking part in the EU Pet-Travel scheme so your pets EU Pet-passport may not be valid for use.
